We aim to fit in store within 2 weeks. The product takes around two weeks to arrive. If buying a system on our store it should take around 3 weeks to arrive to your home. If the system is ordered as a custom order this will take longer.

Hair systems don’t hurt one bit. It is a completely pain free procedure

This is dependant on care. We can’t guarantee a time but our customers are getting around 6-8 months with the right care.

We have a hair send in service where you can send us a few strands of hair so we can check the colour and give you the result. This is FREE. If you come instore we can match the colour for you here. The match is 99.9%.

You would usually refit it once a month depending on if you come instore of do it at home. We can supply a self refit kit which you can purchase in the store.

Everyone’s pain threshold is different so we can’t comment on this. You can use numbing cream though if need be.

Over time is does fade (2-5 years). After this you can do a touch up session.

SMP sessions usually last between 2-4 hours depending on what session you have booked.

SMP otherwise known as scalp micropigmentation is essentially a head tattoo. There are subtle differences like the depth we use the needle at and the style of needle. It creates a look of a shaved buzz cut look and blends in seamlessly into your hair. We also do density sessions to darken a less dense area.
